High Risk Customer Evaluation Manager
Block is seeking a High Risk Customer Evaluation Manager to lead risk assessments for high-risk customers and support regulatory compliance across Block's platforms. This role will help design and implement risk evaluation processes, collaborate with Legal & Compliance, and drive risk mitigation across the business.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end risk assessments for high-risk customers and accounts.
- Design and implement robust risk evaluation frameworks and procedures.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, Finance, and product teams to remediate identified risks.
- Provide guidance on risk-mitigating controls and policy recommendations.
- Coach and mentor junior risk analysts as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
