Job Description
Block is seeking a Deal Lead to drive strategic partnerships and high-value B2B deals. This remote-friendly role will own the end-to-end deal lifecycle, build a robust partner network, negotiate terms, and collaborate with product, finance, and legal teams to close opportunities in North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations and structuring of complex deals with enterprise partners.
- Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a robust partner network across North America.
- Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and sales teams to execute high-value opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy for pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development (fintech/payments preferred).
- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and contract management skills.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and forming strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple deals across time zones.
