Role Overview
Block, the company behind Square, is seeking a Customer Success Advocate who is bilingual in English, Catalan, and Spanish to join our Dublin, Ireland team. This on-site role focuses on helping customers succeed with Block's Square platform and delivering exceptional service across multiple language channels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption to ensure successful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Document customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and share feedback for product enhancements.
- Support renewal opportunities and contribute to customer value and retention efforts.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, Catalan, and Spanish.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland.
- Experience in customer success, customer support, or SaaS/payments is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and helpdesk software; strong organizational skills.
