Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and guide customers to successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system and update case statuses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Contribute to knowledge base and share feedback to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service orientation with empathy and patience.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus; familiarity with Block's products is beneficial.
