Block is seeking a Compensation Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Block's global compensation programs. This role partners with HR, Finance, and business leaders to create competitive pay structures, incentive plans, and governance processes aligned with Block's compensation strategy. The Compensation Program Manager will drive annual salary planning, market data analysis, and cross-zone coordination to ensure equitable and competitive compensation practices across the company.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of compensation structures across zones and roles.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely compensation execution.
Analyze market data and trends to maintain competitive pay practices.
Manage annual salary planning cycles, budget alignment, and governance processes.
Partner with stakeholders to design incentive programs and pay-for-performance plans.
