Overview
Block is seeking a Cash App Afterpay Inbound Account Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, qualify opportunities, and help merchants adopt Cash App Afterpay. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for Cash App Afterpay opportunities.
- Build and nurture relationships with merchants, fintechs, and retailers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close with a focus on partnership outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to accelerate deployments.
- Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Demonstrate product value and negotiate terms with prospects.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales or enterprise sales experience (Account Executive, inbound/outbound).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payments, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus.
