Block, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to join our Sales & Business Development team in Saint Louis, MO. This on-site role supports our growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to close deals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the Saint Louis market and surrounding regions.
- Prospect, generate, and nurture leads through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions for potential clients.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM system; track progress and outcomes.
- Support end-to-end deal cycles, participate in client meetings, and deliver compelling product demonstrations when needed.
- Assist in developing strategies to accelerate growth and achieve quarterly targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of business development, sales, or related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision making.
