Role Overview

The Brokerage Operations Service Specialist supports brokerage-related operations and customer interactions, ensuring accurate processing, timely responses, and smooth service delivery within our fintech ecosystem. This is a regular, full-time position open to remote candidates in North America.

Responsibilities

Process brokerage-related requests with accuracy and timely follow-up.
Field customer inquiries and provide high-quality support in a fintech environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
Assist with regulatory/compliance tasks and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to process improvements and the onboarding of new workflows.

Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in brokerage operations, customer support, or financial services.
Familiarity with regulatory considerations and risk management in fintech.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and proficient with collaboration tools.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $20,000 - $39,000 per year. Benefits commonly include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) or equivalent, and paid time off, aligned with Block policies.
