Block GTM & Sales Insights Manager

Overview
As the Block GTM & Sales Insights Manager, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to define GTM strategy, build high-impact analytics, and enable revenue teams with actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Block products including segmentation, messaging, pricing, and packaging in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate sales analytics dashboards and reports (CRM data, pipeline, forecast, territory performance) using SQL and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
- Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize territory design, quota attainment, and rep enablement.
- Own CRM data quality and governance; translate data into insights that inform business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and influence product/pricing decisions with data-backed recommendations.
- Lead and develop a small team of analysts; mentor and coach team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in GTM strategy, sales analytics, revenue operations, or related field.
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems; ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary range: USD 164,000 – 245,000 annually (Zone A for Bay Area, CA). This is a remote role open to candidates worldwide. Benefits vary by region.
