📋 Description

  • Create, update, and maintain provider accounts and contacts in Salesforce.
  • Clean up records by fixing duplicates and proper account hierarchy.
  • Validate required account and contact fields for downstream workflows.
  • Monitor automated workflows and alerts; investigate issues.
  • Make outbound calls to provider offices for marketing opt-ins.
  • Ensure clear handoffs to the PAM team with accurate notes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in operations, admin support, data entry, or sales ops
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication; outreach with provider offices across US time zones
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Preferred: Healthcare operations or provider data experience
