About Blend
Blend is a company that builds product experiences and data-driven software for modern lending and financial services. As a Product Analyst, you will help transform data into actionable insights that guide product decisions and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to define metrics and success criteria
- Analyze user behavior and product performance using SQL and analytics tools
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs
- Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests) to inform product decisions
- Communicate findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Support data-informed roadmap and prioritization
Qualifications
- Experience in product analytics or data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
