Blade is seeking a Flier Experience Associate in New York City to deliver exceptional guest experiences, support on-site operations, and represent the Blade brand to guests as they arrive for flights.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly, helpful demeanor and assist with check-in and onboarding processes.
- Support on-site operations to ensure a smooth and safe guest experience.
- Assist with event coordination, space setup, and materials as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with flight crews and customer support teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or events experience preferred.
- Comfort with dynamic environments and a passion for guest experience.
