- Maintain a positive and professional guest experience environment
- Support safety and security procedures as required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and be active during events
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality, events, or guest experience experience preferred
