Staff Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical resource for capture and BD activities.
• Proactively scope technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Design and develop solutions architecture for clients.
• Provide technical leadership to retain and grow new/current work.
• Provide feedback on delivery success and growth initiatives.
• Maintain industry knowledge on opportunities and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in enterprise solutions, data/AI GIS roles.
• Client-facing/pre-sales experience; strong software sales cycle knowledge.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex concepts to execs.
• Clear writing to support decision making and proposals.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
