Join Blacklane as a Senior Product Manager - Marketplace in Berlin to lead the strategy and execution of our marketplace platform.

Define product vision, strategy, and backlog for Blacklane's marketplace, aligning with company goals and cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Commercial).
Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories; prioritize features to maximize growth, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Own metrics and analytics; define success criteria, track KPIs, and run experiments/A-B tests to optimize conversion, retention, and revenue.
Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless end-to-end marketplace experience.
Lead go-to-market planning for new features; communicate progress and outcomes to leadership.
Mentor junior PMs where applicable and foster a culture of experimentation and customer obsession.

5+ years of product management experience, preferably in marketplace or platform businesses.
Proven track record shipping customer-facing products with measurable impact.
Strong analytical skills; proficient with data analysis; SQL is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and backlog prioritization.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proactive, self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
English fluency is required.
