Senior Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML systems for business use cases.
• Establish best practices for experimentation, reproducibility, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to scale ML solutions.
• Communicate tradeoffs and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
• Design and evolve ML pipelines, tooling, and standards for scaling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, CS, Maths, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in data science or ML engineering.
• Proven track record deploying ML models into production.
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker or equivalent).
• Strong ML skills: feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and tuning.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into ML solutions.
