Role overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with assigned accounts, driving renewals and upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer success. This on-site role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across assigned accounts.
• Drive renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and contribute to revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver customer value.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Forecast revenue and contribute to accurate pipeline management.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of account management or sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
