Intern, DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our CloudOps team. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and supporting scalable systems. You will work closely with experienced engineers on real-world projects that impact our production environments.

Duration of Internship : 6 - 8 Months

Work Location: Black Duck, Prestige Blue Chip park, Near Dairy Circle, Opp to Christ University

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field OR Passed out in 2025.
• Basic experience or coursework in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Exposure to GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
• Knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Work with Kubernetes clusters for deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Support CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
