Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates early in their career who are eager to grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The analyst will support reporting and data analysis activities, with a strong emphasis on Excel-based modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead monthly bookings reconciliation process

· Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics

· Assist in updating and maintaining financial models and Tableau dashboards

· Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests

· Help improve financial processes and tools, with a focus on automation and efficiency

· Maintain data integrity across financial systems and spreadsheets

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

· 0–2 years of experience in a financial analysis or related role (internships or co-op experience welcome).

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and basic macros.

· Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $68,700 – 103,100. In addition, this role is eligible for bonus. Black Duck offers a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
