Project Management Intern

This won’t be a typical “support” internship - you’ll be a true Project Manager and your role will be to hold the reins of high-stakes projects, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring delivery excellence. You will be reporting to Diane-Elody Ribes, manager of the Process & Project Management team (7 people).

This role is designed for a high-potential candidate seeking autonomy, responsibility, and a real-world leadership challenge.

Your responsibilities

1. End-to-End Project Ownership

- Orchestrate Execution: Oversee the daily progress of at least 3 complex projects, ensuring they remain on scope and on time.

- Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, quality, training etc.), ensuring resources are unblocked and aligned with roadmap constraints.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or risks and propose solutions.

- Maintain high rigor of documentation.

2. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

- Acting Face of the Project: Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners/clients

- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present weekly status reports to the Leadership team.

- Be used to working with organizational tools (ex: Jira, Trello, ClickUp…)

- You’ve completed one (or more) previous internships in Project Management, Consulting, or Operations.
