The role covers Bonus, Equity & Benefits management across multiple countries such as : BR, PL, UA, requiring strong understanding of local regulations and close collaboration with local HR teams. You'll be reporting to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance.
A key part of the position involves
data-driven work: market benchmarking (Aon Radford), updating salary ranges, managing large data sets in Excel, and supporting theend-of-year compensation review(Workday extracts, loading budgets, coordinating the comp cycle). The role also includescompliance responsibilities, ensuring alignment with legal and collective-agreement requirements.As the expert of Compensation & Benefits topics you'll have to work in autonomy to deliver the best strategy and be fully operational on your scope.
