Solutions Engineer

About Bitwarden

Bitwarden is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our remote-first team. In this role you will partner with the sales organization and customers to design and present security-focused, scalable password management solutions.

What you'll do

• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, qualify, and present solutions architectures including integrations and API usage.
• Respond to technical inquiries, evaluate customer environments, and assist with proofs of concept.
• Support customer onboarding and integration with Bitwarden's offerings.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role (enterprise software/security preferred).
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-focused, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work in a remote-first environment.
