Role Overview
As a Customer Success Specialist (EMEA), you will empower Bitwarden customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to achieve value from our security-focused password manager. This is a remote role that focuses on the EMEA region.
What you’ll do
- Onboard new customers and guide successful adoption of Bitwarden
- Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for renewals and expansion opportunities
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues via our helpdesk tools and CRM
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Security teams to relay customer needs
- Monitor customer health metrics and drive proactive outreach to reduce churn
- Provide product guidance and best practices to maximize security and efficiency
What we look for
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or SaaS support in the EMEA region
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages in the EMEA region are a plus
- Experience with CRM tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
