Overview
Bitwarden is looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to lead customer lifecycle initiatives that drive adoption, retention, and advocacy for Bitwarden’s products. This remote role partners with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Product to design and execute engaging programs for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer engagement programs across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and advocacy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product) to design targeted campaigns
- Analyze product usage and customer feedback to improve engagement and reduce churn
- Create scalable communications and content for different customer segments
- Track key metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn) and report on program performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success, customer engagement, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data/tools
- Ability to translate data into actionable programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in business, CS, or related field
