Bitwarden is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on invoicing, collections, payments, and maintaining accurate accounts receivable data to ensure timely cash flow and reliable financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify customer invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and collect past-due balances
- Reconcile payments and resolve unapplied cash
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance on billing questions
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Maintain AR records and internal controls
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts receivable or related finance experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with GAAP and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
