Role Overview

As a Client Onboarding & Due Diligence Specialist (Chinese Speaking) based in Singapore, you will own the end-to-end onboarding and KYC/AML due diligence processes for new clients. You will work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality customer data and regulatory compliance while delivering a smooth experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including identity verification and document collection
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on new clients in line with regulatory requirements
• Screen customers against sanctions lists and maintain up-to-date watchlists
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to escalate suspicious activity
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and onboarding records
• Contribute to process improvements and onboarding efficiency

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Experience with KYC/AML, client onboarding, and due diligence in financial services or crypto
• Knowledge of Singapore AML/CFT regulations and best practices
• Familiarity with identity verification tools and sanctions screening
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
