BitGo is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Prime Trade team in New York to design, build, and scale high-performance trading infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Prime Trade components and trading services
- Develop backend systems and APIs with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations teams
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in distributed systems and backend services
- Proficiency in Java, Go, and Python
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST APIs, and databases
- Familiarity with security best practices and financial/crypto domains is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
