Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our HSM team. You will design and implement secure, high-performance software components that enable hardware security modules and cryptographic workflows used to protect billions of dollars in digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure software components for HSM integrations.
• Collaborate with security and cryptography teams to implement secure-by-design practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in reviews.
• Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of cryptographic systems.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience in systems programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust, or C++).
• Knowledge of cryptography, security principles, and hardware security modules (HSM).
• Experience with distributed systems, networking, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain technologies, wallets, or key management.
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
