BitGo is seeking a Product Operations Analyst in India to help scale product operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Analyze product metrics and data to identify operational improvements
Design and document efficient workflows between product, engineering, and customer-facing teams
Own data quality, reporting, and KPI tracking
Support onboarding, launches, and post-launch improvements
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Success, and Compliance to align roadmaps with business goals
Assist with governance and process optimization

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in product operations or related field
Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL and data visualization tools
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
