Control Room Officer

Overview

BitGo is seeking a Control Room Officer to monitor security operations from our Sioux Falls, SD location. The successful candidate will monitor access points, surveillance systems, and alarms, coordinate incident response, and ensure the safety and integrity of BitGo's people and assets. This on-site role requires keen situational awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems, alarms, CCTV, and access control in real-time
• Respond to incidents and alarms, document actions, and escalate as needed
• Coordinate with security teams, facilities, and local authorities
• Maintain incident reports and logs
• Conduct routine security checks and participate in drills
• Support safety and compliance initiatives

Qualifications

• Prior security or control room experience preferred
• Familiarity with security monitoring tools and incident response processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends
• High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (optional)
