🎯 Requirements

8–12+ years in real estate capital markets with complex debt closings.
Experience financing retail/open-air centers preferred.
Deep understanding of loan structures, docs, title, and due diligence.
Strong negotiation with lenders, counsel, and counterparties.
Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree required; Finance/Real Estate or related field preferred.
