What you'll do

Coordinate driver onboarding and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
Communicate with drivers to share updates, policies, and best practices
Monitor driver performance and respond to incidents or escalations
Assist with route optimization, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with City Ops, Safety, and Support teams
Help maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with data handling in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
