What you'll do
- Coordinate daily driver operations and scheduling for the Richmond market
- Monitor driver performance, deployment timelines, and inventory
- Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize routes and processes
- Onboard and train new drivers; provide ongoing support
What we look for
- 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
