Job Overview

As an Operations Specialist - Driver in Raleigh, NC, you will help coordinate driver logistics, dispatch, and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain service levels, safety standards, and rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day driver scheduling and dispatch in the Raleigh area.
• Monitor driver performance metrics and respond to operational issues.
• Maintain safety protocols and standard operating procedures for field operations.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Fleet, and Safety teams to optimize routes and workflows.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Support onboarding and training for new drivers as needed.
• Provide timely communication to internal stakeholders and drivers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or driver-support roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance practices.
• Based in Raleigh, NC or able to work on-site in Raleigh.
