Role overview

As an Operations Specialist - Driver, you will support our driver network to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service for customers. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize day-to-day operations, respond to driver inquiries, and help scale our operations in the Moscow area.

What you'll do

• Onboard and support drivers, including training and ongoing coaching.
• Monitor driver performance and service levels; coordinate schedules and shifts.
• Respond to driver inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with supply, safety, and support teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency.
• Support compliance and safety initiatives within the driver network.

What we look for

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field operations (startups a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets) and basic data analysis.
• Authorized to work in the United States or other eligible status as required.
