Role Overview

Bird is seeking an Operations Specialist - Driver to join our Dallas-based team. In this on-site role, you will support driver operations to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service across our mobility network.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver onboarding, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor driver performance and safety compliance, addressing issues as they arise.
• Assist with fleet planning, routing, and incident resolution to optimize service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Fleet, Safety, Support) to improve processes and workflows.
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and document standard operating procedures.
• Support local events, promotions, and driver engagement initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with attention to detail.
• Data-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and reside in the Dallas area.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
