Role: Operations Specialist - Driver
Location: Bronx, NY
What you'll do
- Coordinate driver onboarding and scheduling
- Monitor driver performance and service levels
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to maintain high standards
- Assist with incident reporting and escalation
- Support logistics and rider experience initiatives as needed
