Bird is seeking an Operations Partner for our Hamilton, Ontario team. In this role you will oversee local field operations, coordinate fleet logistics, manage relationships with local vendors, and help scale operational processes to support Bird's growth in Canada.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations for the Hamilton area, ensuring fleet availability and optimal performance.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance, charging, redistribution, and incident management.
- Partner with local vendors and contractors to maintain service levels and safety standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data to drive improvements in reliability and rider experience.
- Ensure safety, compliance with local regulations, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Logistics, and Community Ops on process improvements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or field operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and internal systems.
- Local knowledge of Hamilton or willingness to relocate to the area.
