Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize uptime and reliability.
Contribute to process improvements and team development.

Qualifications

5+ years of mechanical repair or automotive maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong hands-on diagnostic and repair skills; experience with fleet maintenance a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Well-versed in safety regulations and quality standards.
