As a Senior Brand Manager you will shape and execute our brand strategy by steering the brand's strategic vision and aligning it with our mission to biologically optimize the health of humanity. This role will be pivotal in driving our rebranding initiatives and launching innovative products that resonate with our consumers across diverse channels, ultimately contributing to our goals of growth and market leadership, and it will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing and Product Development teams. The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise and strong execution skills within a distributed, high-performance environment.
5+ years of experience in brand management within the consumer goods or wellness industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Relevant certifications in brand management or digital marketing (e.g., Digital Marketing Certificate).
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and project management software.
Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective brand strategies and product launches.
Strong proficiency in market research and consumer insights analysis.
Familiarity with a consumer wellness brand operating in a hypergrowth environment.
Lead cross-functional teams to collaborate on product development, marketing campaigns, and go-to-market strategies, fostering a culture of innovation.
Utilize strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and project management software to enhance brand performance.
Demonstrate ability to deliver results through effective brand positioning, market analysis, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand positioning and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Manage brand budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive performance and maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
Support the launch of new products through comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand values and consumer needs.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proven leadership capabilities, fostering team engagement and driving performance through motivation and accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative product launches that align with brand values and consumer needs.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and retail partners, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs. At BiOptimizers, we support flexibility — team members are encouraged to work the hours that best suit them, as long as they:
