🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, chemical engineering, or related.
- 5+ years pharma/biotech manufacturing experience.
- Advanced experience in cGMP operations and documentation.
- Fermentation (100 L+), UF/DF, and chromatography experience.
- Process development and technology transfer expertise.
- Regulatory submissions and agency inspections experience.
