Overview

Biofourmis is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client implementations of our digital health solutions. This remote role supports US-based customers and requires strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end client implementations of Biofourmis platforms
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocations
Coordinate with product, engineering, data science, clinical and customer success teams
Manage scope, change requests, timelines, risks, and issue resolution
Ensure successful onboarding, data migration, training, and go-live
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of implementation or project management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech
Proven track record delivering complex software implementations
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; PMI certification is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
