Overview
Biofourmis is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead client implementations of our digital health solutions. This remote role supports US-based customers and requires strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client implementations of Biofourmis platforms
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with product, engineering, data science, clinical and customer success teams
- Manage scope, change requests, timelines, risks, and issue resolution
- Ensure successful onboarding, data migration, training, and go-live
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance artifacts
- Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of implementation or project management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech
- Proven track record delivering complex software implementations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies; PMI certification is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
