Bioanalytical Fee & Proposal Support

📋 Description

• We are seeking a full-time Bioanalytical Fee & Proposal Support professional to join our Bioanalytical Services team. In this role, you will support the development of scopes, budgets, and pricing for bioanalytical studies, working closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Contracts teams.
• This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals while supporting the financial lifecycle of awarded studies—from forecasting through close-out.
• Proposal & Pricing Support: scope studies and develop budgets and fee estimates.
• Prepare pricing materials for proposals, RFQs, bid grids, cost assumptions, and timelines.
• Assist with quotation and contract preparation, project number creation, and document tracking.
• Support change orders by evaluating scope changes and financial impacts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in proposal support, pricing, financial operations, or project coordination.
• Experience supporting client-facing, project-based budgets and financial tracking.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, analysis, templates).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in bioanalytical services, clinical research, or life sciences.
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar workflow/project management tools.
• Exposure to RFQs, change orders, contracts, and quotations.
