🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, or related.
- 2–4 years in proposal support, pricing, financial ops, or coordination.
- Experience with client-facing budgets and financial tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Preferred: bioanalytical services, clinical research, or life sciences.
- Preferred: Smartsheet or similar workflow tools.
- Preferred: exposure to RFQs, change orders, contracts, and quotations.
