🎯 Requirements

- 10+ years senior leadership building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experience in CROs supporting scientific delivery, quality, scope governance, and sponsor-facing accountability.
- Proven track record of improving client satisfaction, retention, revenue, and ops at enterprise scale.
- Strong executive communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management; forecasting.
