Essential Responsibilities

  • May support sample management activities
  • Support end of study activities
  • Assist in the submission of data and reports for Quality review
  • Manage project inventory and supporting activities
  • Generate project support documentation
  • Support data review of raw data and data transfers
  • Issue quality control review observations with scientific staff to ensure data integrity
  • Verify all courier charges were entered correctly
  • Scan documents for Quality review
  • Adhere to safety and compliance requirements
  • Assist in special projects as assigned by manager
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Minimum Preferred Qualifications - Education/Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field with not less than one (1) years’ experience in a laboratory environment or related field
  • Knowledge base in science with the relevant regulations for our industry (preferred)
  • Minimum Preferred Qualifications - Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work effectively within team to meat objectives under time constraints
  • Strong organizational and project administration skills
  • Experience working in a GxP environment preferred
  • Supervisory Responsibility

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Primarily office environment
  • Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets

  • Ability to work in an upright and/or stationary position for up to eight (8) hours per day
  • Repetitive hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists to operate office equipment
  • Occasional mobility needed
  • Occasional crouching, stooping, with frequent bending and twisting of upper body and neck Light to moderate lifting and carrying (or otherwise moving) objects, including office supplies and laptop computer, with a maximum lift of 20 pounds
  • Ability to access and use a variety ofcomputer software
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand, with the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
  • Frequently interacts with others to obtain relate information to diverse groups
