Key Responsibility Areas The key responsibility areas (KRAs) are major outputs for which the position is responsible and not a comprehensive statement of all position activities.Finance Support
Enter and maintain accurate financial data into our ERP system (NetSuite), adhering to deadlines and compliance requirements. Maintain data accuracy across sales orders, line items and revenue commitments.Assist with forecasting and month-end revenue recognition by ensuring revenue commitments are updated correctly and on time to support forecasting and month-end processes.Validate month-end balances including review of revenue-related reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.Support Client invoicing, respond to client queries and assist the Accounts Receivable lead to ensure timely receipt of payments.Retrieve and organise financial data to support the annual audit and compliance requirementsAnalysis, Reporting, and Documentation
Review policies, SOPs, systems and procedures to assure the quality and integrity of service offerings at 360biolabsMaintain records (database and paper) to levels consistent with relevant standards and industry expectationsSafety
Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of activitiesEnsure compliance with relevant internal processes and statutory requirementsTeamwork
Collaborate well in a cross functional matrix environment; maintain high levels of communication with colleagues within the Finance team.Accreditation
Adhere to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, OECD Principles of GLP, GCLP Principles, 360biolabs’ Quality Management System, and other requirements as per NATA Accreditation and regulatory guidelinesProfessional Development
