Assist in handling ongoing litigations/arbitrations where the business operates.
Manage pre-litigious/regulatory matters with internal stakeholders.
Lead external communications with counsel; negotiate with opponents.
Provide proactive, commercially sensible legal advice to stakeholders.
Develop and implement legal strategy to reduce disputes; align with business.
Draft and review court/arbitration documents; settlements.

🎯 Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 5+ years in dispute resolution.
In-house legal experience is a plus.
LL.B. or LL.M from a top law school.
Knowledge of financial products (spot, margin, futures, options).
Experience handling disputes for traditional finance and crypto orgs.
Strong English drafting; Arabic fluency is a plus.
