Responsibilities:

Develop and support evaluation frameworks for assessing potential initiatives and projects.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across departments to drive alignment and execution.

Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering insights and reports to senior management.

Work flexible hours as needed, adapting to varying schedules and deadlines as directed by the assigned supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in strategic analysis, business advisory, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Flexibility to work outside regular hours when required.

Prior experience in the fintech or blockchain industry is a plus.
