🚀 We're Hiring: Global Revenue Operations Director

🌍 Location: Remote-first — UK or Estonia

Binalyze is scaling globally. To support that growth, we’re strengthening the operational infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. The Global Revenue Operations Director will design and lead the systems, data, and processes that align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around a single operational model.

This role exists to bring precision, predictability, and performance to how Binalyze drives and measures revenue. Success means transforming fragmented data into unified insight and turning that insight into scalable execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on creating clarity, structure, and performance through data.

🔥 What You’ll Build

You will architect and lead the operating system for Binalyze’s growth. From CRM design to forecasting frameworks and compensation models, you will ensure every part of the revenue organisation runs from accurate, automated, and connected data.

You will begin by building the foundation yourself, defining processes, selecting tools, and establishing reporting standards, then scale the function by building a small, high-performance RevOps team.

What success looks like

  • A unified GTM system stack with end-to-end data integrity and visibility

  • Reliable, automated reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and retention

  • Consistent processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Operational alignment with Finance that enables faster, more accurate decision-making

  • A RevOps function viewed internally as the control centre for execution and performance

🧠 Experience that fits

  • Significant experience in Revenue Operations, GTM, or Sales Operations within SaaS

  • Proven record building scalable systems and analytics for growth-stage businesses

  • Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, and GTM data architecture

  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience with Finance, Sales, and Marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to move from hands-on build to strategic scale

  • Comfort implementing automation and AI-driven workflows
